In this course you will learn more about the different poses of yoga and what they do for the body. By understanding how the poses affect the muscles, nervous system and energy flow, it becomes easier to practice yoga with greater awareness.
The course gives you a deeper understanding of how yoga movements can contribute to balance, strength and well-being in both body and mind.
Step by step we go through each pose in the first and second series of Ashtanga yoga sequences. The structure is based on where you are in your practice. You can take this course and be completely new to yoga practice. You sign up for one month at a time. Before we start, we have a conversation where we look at where you are now and what questions you have.
Based on your needs, I create a structure for a month that suits you. We have online development discussions and briefings, you get to answer questions and you get feedback on your practice. You sign up by sending me an email.
