About the Major Arcana
The Major Arcana of the Tarot consists of 22 cards, and each card represents a step in the inner and spiritual development of man. The course includes 22 sessions, where each session is dedicated to a card. At each session you will receive:

an introduction to the symbolism and meaning of the card

a guided meditation that begins with a suitable breathing exercise
All sessions are recorded, so you can listen when and how often you want. Perhaps some cards and meditations will become especially important to you and follow you through life for a longer period.
There are 22 episodes in total. You can listen to them as many times as you want. All material is timeless.
Between sessions you are encouraged to:

reflect on the week's card and its energy

meditate further on your own

listen to the meditation again

write a journal to deepen the experience
I recommend that you listen to one meditation a week or that you spend more time with a card. Don't go too fast the first time you listen. It gives more if you really get time to be in the energy of a card and learn about yourself in the symbolism that the card offers. If you rush through, the benefits will be lower.
Each tarot card in the Major Arcana represents a zodiac sign and a certain energy.
