Retreats in Sweden and abroad
Immerse yourself in stillness and balanced power.
Retreat means retreat - a journey you take to reach deeper layers within yourself so that you can stand more firmly in everyday life with even and balanced energy. It is rest, recovery but also personal development and rebirth if you want. What you want to get out of the retreat is up to you. The conditions are there. It is also a nice feeling to gather with like-minded people and be in a connection with yourself that is not part of everyday life.
During the year, several retreats are arranged where I, in various collaborations and together with the participants, create spaces for recovery, presence and transformation. These can include yoga and astrology retreats, healing stays in natural environments or weeks focusing on recovery and energy.
