Everything is about energy. Holistic means looking at the whole. Nothing is separate from anything else. Everything is connected through the energy system that permeates us.
In this training you will get the tools to help both yourself and others heal. The combination of Yoga, Ayurveda and healing is phenomenal.
The yoga program will be designed for you first and developed during the course of the training. When you then use yoga as a therapist, you do so based on the experience you have gained yourself. A large part of philosophy is included, as well as your own practice of postures, breathing and conscious presence is important. I guide you step by step in both and in this you will get a deeper understanding of all eight parts of yoga.
You will learn the basics of Ayurveda through various lectures and conversations with me, as well as literature. (NOTE! You will not learn pulse reading and diagnostics according to it, but this can be added by completing a course at the Ayurveda Academy in Stockholm.)
You can also learn the healing part through various exercises, theory and conversations with me. Please see the healing tab regarding this.
You will also gain knowledge about your birth chart and how to interpret planets, the basics of numerology and training in reading Tarot. Please read more about it under the tabs on this website that deal with this.
I am a mentor throughout all parts of this training and you complete it completely at your own pace. All material is timeless.
The training is entirely created by me. So it is my way of teaching that you will be able to learn. The training requires that you have clients during the course. I am involved as a mentor in your client treatments, so you also need to charge for them. You teach best what you yourself need to learn. Everything is based on that.

All cells in the body are constantly being regenerated. By raising your level of consciousness and by introducing new routines that balance and build up everything that makes up you from your deepest soul to your immune system, you can live your life to its fullest potential in a healthy, loving and evolving way.

Start: Whenever it suits you
Length: It depends on the pace at which you are able to study. You can complete the program in one year or up to three years. We will discuss your study pace during the admissions interview.
Price
Cost of the admission procedure: 1200 SEK
1 year of studies TOTAL: 150,000 SEK (for those who want to study full-time for one year)
2 years of study TOTAL: 220,000 SEK (110,000 SEK per year - for those who want to study the same course for two years)
3 years of studies TOTAL: 300,000 SEK (100,000 SEK per year (for those who want to divide the education into 3 years)
It can be too intensive to study in one year. That's why I want to offer the opportunity to spread your studies over 2 or 3 years as well. You start when it suits you. We adapt the pace to suit you and your life. You can always extend the education and it is of course also possible to drop out of the education. The fee for the year you are taking is refunded only in the event of serious illness. If you choose not to continue with another year, you do not have to pay for that year if you drop out. You only pay for the current year. You can also choose to take a break. Taking this education in one year is only possible if you do this full-time.

After completing the training you can teach yoga, lecture on Ayurveda, give healing, guidance through Tarot, numerology and astrology. You will have a complete understanding of Holistic Health. You will receive a Diploma.
