10 week journey in mantra, energy and inner healing
This is a course that is recorded in 10 episodes. All material is timeless. The course lasts 10 weeks and during this time you can ask me questions. When you decide to take this course, we have an initial conversation about which format is right for you. We also set a time for our first conversation. You can take the course at whatever pace you want. But a suggestion might be to watch one episode per week, and have a conversation with me per week.
The course is especially suitable for those who want to delve into healing energy. You may practice yoga or are thinking of starting.
You do not need to have any experience with mantra singing or healing.

I also talk about the meaning of each mantra and energetically connect archangels to each mantra.
